    Alton McKay: Poor sales service! Then on the new equipment they sale. It is impossible to get them to service any warranty issues. I text the service manager a week ago about an issue and gave him pictures of codes an item that wasnt working. He said he would ask Luis in his reply in text message and never heard back. The parts department definitely trys. But its about 50% of the time parts are not readily available. These guys need competition!!! And then maybe they would clean up their act!!
