BUT TODAY after being laid off of my job of four years I get a call from a SHARON who was EXTREMELY rude. I asked her to email me the form she cut me off was snappy and just totally lacked any customer service! I am shocked I’ve only ever had good convos but with the new staff I don’t even want to answer them. She ends the call with “get the form to me today” this girl is having a bad day and taking it out on long time customers. So sad. So unfortunately it’s no longer a PHENOMENAL place due to SHARON! This place is PHENOMENAL. First time getting a loan and Darrick and Jamie were/are amazing. Worked with me to understand my loan and gave me all the things! I would recommend everyone to visit Lendmark. Darrick ALWAYS helps me with whatever he can and if he’s not there Jamie is the same way. Love this place! It’s never a bad day when you talk to this office! Thanks guys!
