Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors - Wichita Falls Amanda Policky: My family has used Morgan Stanley as financial advisors for decades. So, I was excited to see if they could help me plan for retirement in the next 10 years and make some investments. My husband requested an appointment through the website and we waited 2 days and had no response. I sent an email stating that no one had called back, and an appointment for a phone call was made. During the phone call, the representative told me he knew my family (had worked with them "for decades") and that he would send me a paper to fill out and send back. After filling out the paper, I waited 2 weeks. No response. I emailed saying that I was going to look elsewhere, since this is the second time I have not been important enough to call back. I got an email saying that "This month has brought with it a tremendous workload we were not expecting, so we are unable to take on new clients at this time." Why wasnt I told that two weeks ago? If you dont think I am important enough to work with, say that. Would not recommend.
