    Katherine Chavez: HIGHLY recommend Fast result fitness. I started going to Dany (my favorite personal trainer ever!) 3 months ago and so far it has been the best decision ive made! The place itself is very clean, kept up with, everyone is welcoming from the moment I walk in. When I walk in Dany is already waiting for me and has my workout for the day ready, keeps me motivated even when i whine, it’s something he makes me look forward to every week! Before meeting Dany it was a drag going to the gym and even when i would go on my own i never saw any results! He checks up on me even days Im not there, holds me accountable for anything i eat/ dont do. Also most important of all he is very flexible with my sessions, i have a very high demand job and also a mom! He fits me in and works around my schedule, lets me bring my baby with me when i have her. He also sends workout when i go to the gym on my own. I always brag about having the best personal trainer. This is the healthiest/ most fit and motivated since i had my daughter 6 years ago! Aside from being my personal trainer he has become a very close friend/therapist lol which is important to me, i always mentioned to him that its easy to get a personal trainer. What is hard to find is a GREAT personal trainer that listens and you actually bond with! Dany and I instantly clicked. With all of this being said I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fast Result Fitness and DANY it was the best decision i ever did! Went from this to that in 3 months

    Sarah Urban-Jackson: While MAC Women has a lot more to offer, my review is focused on the Pilates program of Reformer and mat classes. Reformer classes and the women who run them at MAC Women have helped me level up my health game directly and significantly. As I have leveled up from 1.0 to 3.0, I have been supported, instructed, and challenged by a team of very cool, professional women (Sue, Becky, Catherine, Morven, and Johnsy), who have their own signature philosophies, goals, and personalities that make wanting to go exclusively to this instructors classes or that instructors classes a tempting choice. Certainly, you cant go wrong aligning with one particular instructor because each instructor on the MAC Pilates team pulls from such a wide variety of exercises that theres no way youll feel bored nor your body plateaued. However, if you choose, like me, to take as many classes as you can from each of the instructors, youll realize just how 360 your training becomes. As one example, I am literally taller from their dedication to my dedication. No, your bones dont actually grow doing Pilates, but your posture can improve so much that you might measure taller, as I did (a half inch taller), at the doctors office who even measured twice because she didnt believe it. Im bendier. Im stronger. Ive got more balance and stability. Im more grounded but also more confident. Im happier. Im even friendlier. I dont see people talk to each other nearly as much in the bigger group classes as we do in the Reformer classes. Im more introverted than most people realize, so the camaraderie has been a very nice bonus. Obviously, I recommend Pilates Reformer in general but very specifically so from the technique-driven experts at MAC Women. MAC Women has been an important resource that has helped me to level up my life. In my late 50s, Im arguably in the best shape and healthfulness of my life. Thank you! =)

    kay dasilva: I usually like this gym, but I fell off the treadmill and got pretty seriously hurt. I limped over to the front desk and asked for help and they didn’t even bother to come out from behind the desk. They just handed me a bandaid. I felt they could have been more attentive. What if I had a fracture? I had a deep road rash cut from the treadmill and grit like I sprained my ankle. I laid on the floor for awhile before I could even get up. It

    Steve Bar Yakov Gindi: I got stranded in Houston for over 3 weeks. Planet fitness has incredible energy that aids in getting over diversity. Tons of machines. Staff that care. A corporate organization that is customer friendly. Five stars isn’t enough. The judgement free zone pushed me to break my own records for deadlift. Handstand. Monkey bars. Box jumps. Yoga. And don’t forget those incredible massage machines and ultra red vibrations.

    Elise Sheppard: Excellent small specialized gym for training. Ive been training with Brandon Watts for 4 years to increase my strength for cycling, and the training has increased my overall health and fitness level. Wonderful friendly atmosphere, clean, small, catered attention to client needs and goals. Highly recommend!

    Faris: I like that this location is not too crowded .. not too clean and most important is the equipment is outdated and rusty !! Update sep 2024 : Nothing really improved in this location Most of the weight racks are missing weights, and some are totally empty. The same goes with the dumbbles rack. Update june 2025 : This place management is an absolute joke , none of the issues above were solved, and none of the equipment is updated nor maintained. The front lockers only 4 out of 14 are available to use for the past 10 days. If it wasnt for my familys convenience, i wouldve joined another gym very long time ago

    Rick T: ⭐️ 0/5 – Unprofessional and Out of Control This LA Fitness location has completely gone downhill. Management allows guys to work out shirtless, which is totally against gym policy and honestly feels like indecent exposure. It’s uncomfortable, unprofessional, and just not what a clean, respectable gym environment should be. No one seems to care or enforce any rules here anymore.

    Elizabeth Carter: The place is spotless — you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here, which makes working out so much more comfortable. The equipment is top-of-the-line and well-maintained, with plenty of machines available even during busy hours. I especially love the variety of classes offered — from yoga and HIIT to spin and strength training — there’s something for everyone. The trainers are friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. My personal trainer took the time to design a customized workout plan and regularly checks in on my progress. The front desk staff is always welcoming and greets everyone with a smile. The locker rooms are clean and spacious, with great showers and amenities. Overall, this gym has an incredibly positive and motivating atmosphere. Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health!

    Gary: I read a lot of reviews before visiting and they were mixed at best. For me I found the place pretty nice. All the machines and free weights you need to get a good workout. Yes some of the dumbbells were out of place but not a big deal. They also had a good cardio section and bikes. Overall a decent gym right in a good central location.
