OneMain Financial - Harlingen Joseph Garcia: I put my truck title up against a loan. I made payments and paid back the loan amount way before the agreement date. Im still waiting for my title to my truck. When I called, the first time to inquire, I was informed the release of lean hadnt been sent until a few business days later. After 3 weeks still nothing. I called back again to find out they made a clerical error in my address and I would have to go and pick up the title myself. So because of their error and from what I understand a violation of the contract agreement, I must fix their error. I would like to note that they are not answering my phone calls as well.
