1 /5 Silvia R: I was in a car accident on April 25, 2022, and hired this law firm to represent me. After three years of waiting, my case has finally settled for $17,000. Out of that amount, attorney fees were $6,800, case expenses were $4,517, chiropractic charges were $3,000, and imaging fees were $1,600. After all deductions, I am left with only $1,082.84.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. The so-called “case expenses” of $4,517 were never clearly explained to me, and the final payout after three years of waiting feels incredibly unfair. Clients deserve full transparency from the beginning about what they can realistically expect to receive after fees and expenses.
If I had known that after years of waiting I would receive barely over a thousand dollars from a $17,000 settlement, I would have reconsidered my options. I would strongly urge anyone considering this firm to ask very direct questions about fees, expenses, and realistic outcomes before committing.
Even more concerning, I signed the release forms back on July 2, 2025, and as of today—two months later—the firm has still not disbursed my payout. Every time I ask, the check is pushed back again. After three years of waiting, I still haven’t even received the small portion.
