When calling other lawyers you could just sense the arragonce they have, but not josh, he’s super down to earth and very informative. Highly recommend to any one In need of a defense lawyer. For what it’s worth (not the price, although josh is highly affordable) my case got dismissed! Would have been happy with josh either way because I could tell he wanted to get the best outcome for me.

My family recently spent several years trying to appeal for disability benefits for our disabled adult child through my husband’s retirement benefits. This was an opportunity presented to us by the SSA when my husband started receiving social security payments. After two rejected appeals, we were faced with the option of a hearing before a judge to plead our case. In what can only be termed as serendipity, our other daughter was given Jack McCormick’s name by one of her patients, who raved about his success with her disability case.
