For the most part they were on their phones oblivious to their surroundings. I felt rather ignored. Ive never had this sort of issue with any other Fred Loya office before. They acted rather annoyed i was asking questions while the others again were on their phones while other customers came and sat. Not going to this one again! Very unprofessional atmosphere!
