Regina and the team are great and I enjoy the interaction with the other folks all pushing themselves.

    joey vines: Worst gym in the area. The owner is very rude and unhelpful if you have any questions or concerns. And they shame people for wearing typical gym clothing. Has Bible verses on the gym wall like they are a great Christian organization but she is very mean and does not show the love that is supposed to be the cornerstone of her religion. Seems kinda hypocritical to me.

Helpful and willing to take the time to push you to do your best and try your hardest. I’ve been training there with Byron for approximately 6 weeks and I already feel like I’ve made huge progress, with my strength and endurance! The support they provide as a team is amazing, I’m more than glad to be a member and teamed up with an awesome personal trainer!

    Robbin Childs: This is the best gym I’ve ever stepped foot in very clean ever time I go in and it even has a pay room for my kids to play while I workout. I love the privacy I have at this gym mot having a lot of people watching me while I workout and I can go anytime I want. Thanks Reyna!

    George: Was a stickler about my wife bringing my son on nights when I worked late, instead of me. Called my wife and son "teens" after turning off our service! EVEN THOUGH THE ACCOUNT WAS CURRENT WITHOUT WARNING. She did turn it back on after scolding us lol So we waited the year long contract out at $120 a month for 2 ppl. Now cancelation is surrounded in fees that cant be taken in the office. Even though on sign up she happily took payment. Dont waste your time and money unless you want to deal with the overpriced HOA mentality smh

I can’t think of a single thing they don’t have: squat cages, power lifting platform, big turf area, all the machines, and lots of accessories like resistance bands, TRX, kettlebells… Super clean, easy to get in and out. It’s hard to beat. A day pass is $20, try ‘em out.
