1 /5 Sabrina Cooke: Receptionist was RUDE when I called. We’ve seen Danny before for an incident involving my daughter and a teacher and him and his team was AMAZING when we dealt with them. Very professional and nice and went into detailed in everything he discussed with us. Because of this we wanted to use him for another issue involving something else completely different and the receptionist wasn’t trying to understand me, wouldn’t answer my questions, just kept repeating herself and then hung up on me when I asked her to just explain and not to get rude with me. That ruins the whole office for me. Will be finding someone else. all I wanted to know is if Danny handled what I needed, she refused to even tell me that.
Edit since I can’t reply back: she did tell me that but I tried explain that we previously had a lawyer that we mentioned it to in the past but he was our lawyer for a completely different issue and have fired him so we no longer have a lawyer representing us. I asked her if she still needed the letter even though he represented us for something different and he wasn’t even our lawyer anymore, thats where I didn’t understand was wanting her to make it clear to me, that’s when she got rude and said her answer would not change, etc and all I even wanted to know is if y’all could even handle the case.
