5 /5 Matthew Burns: Excellent gym, and Jake the gym owner is awesome. The facility is always clean and organized, and Jake is super easy to communicate with. I’ve never had to wait around for a squat rack or bench like I do at virtually every other gym. Can’t recommend Compendi enough!

I can feel my fat turning into muscle, and my body has become super toned without gaining weight. Compendi offers a place for me to lift weights without mirrors and worrying about taking a squat rack from someone else. I highly recommend!

5 /5 Martin Bate: Great gym. No frills, no bull. The reservation system for racks is fantastic, you will never be wanting for a rack or the proper plates here. Extensive array of dumbbells, ropes, resistance bands, and more too, plus some equipment for cardio training. Hate to say it (cause it means more competition for ‘em) but I wish more gyms around here were like this!

5 /5 Anthony Gamble: Update: Have been going here for several months now. Couldnt recommend it more! Place is clean, well maintained, and has quality equipment. The reservation system guarantees you always have a rack to use. Will definitely be coming back.

Sohail B: Let me tell you how hard and amazing this place is. As someone who is not flexible Pilates was a tough workout but you feel amazing afterward. And if you need a little energy after a workout just walk downstairs near the park area and grab a smoothie from I Love Juice Bar Park Lane. Pilates + Smoothies = happy place!

Grant B.: I’ve been going to Trophy Fitness Downtown for years now and it’s consistently been a great experience. The entire staff is fantastic, and Cole especially deserves a shout-out. He’s always welcoming, supportive, and goes out of his way to make members feel comfortable and motivated. Having someone like him at the front of this gym really sets the tone for the whole experience. The space is clean, well-maintained, and everyone is friendly. That said, it does feel like the Uptown location gets more of the attention and updates from Trophy. Some of the existing machines at Downtown aren’t great, and the gym could really benefit from some new equipment. A new chest fly, adding a hip thrust machine, plate-loaded chest press, and new plates would be a welcome addition. Other than that, I couldn’t be happier with Downtown Trophy!

Laurie B: Highly recommend! I love the classes, the space, and the trainers (I know Quinton and Tien the best so far). They focus on slow and controlled movements. Its a very supportive environment. Clean and not noisy or crowded. The exercises that they come up with are super creative and keep hitting muscles Ive never had be sore before. Its a great gym with great staff and a great environment.

Jon Hernandez: Love this location! The staff is always friendly. Kelly is the manager and doing great running this gym! Equipment works and if it’s broken they are on it to get fixed. And may I add this location is always cleaner than other locations. Always have cleaning staff cleaning. Enjoy this gym. I’m excited for all the updates coming soon!

Planet Fitness - Dallas

Mark Troilo: Smaller PF but it’s clean & Veronica was very polite & Leslie was awesome! This location is much better than one of the other Mesquite locations I was at last night! All the equipment is in working order, clean locker room & hot showers! The only down side was the choice of music, nothing but rap & the majority of the people in the place were 30-40+ years old, I heard more than one comment about it. I won’t have an issue coming back here next year.

Equinox Highland Park - Dallas

Dill R: I joined this gym a week ago. Initially, I was apprehensive because of the google reviews but decided to give it a try after a friend referred me. This gym and community have been great and live up to the Equinox standards. Not sure where the negativity is coming from. The staff are wonderful and committed to making the experience top notch!
