    Kerry Wilson: Perhaps the original owner, Ms. Florence, is a sweetheart. I wouldn’t know, because I have not met her. However, the other two ladies in the office, Linda Anderson and the lady who apparently is “not a secretary” (unspecified title), were extremely rude. After waiting 10-15 minutes on my lunch break to pick up an ENVELOPE from Linda, her coworker casually told me she was on a “personal call.” When I expressed that what she said was unprofessional, she told me not to tell her how to do her job (again, unspecified), and that she, in fact, is not a secretary. Congratulations, I guess? This led to Linda Anderson walking out of her office, pointing her finger in my face, and telling me, "You dont run the show, we do." She asked "Is this what youre looking for?" when handing me the paperwork I needed. Not to mention, she mailed the paperwork to the incorrect address, which is why I was there in the first place. Of course she did not own up to HER mistake. Highly advise finding a different law firm for your needs. These ladies lack basic decorum.
