1 /5 Don S: Renewed our policy w him after moving here. Paid w valid debit card. Provided us w temporary insurance card. Needed assistance two days later. No calls returned by clint or his office. Austin home office said we can only go through him. No rrcord of our policy in system. Told we wouldnt be in system for 7 to 10 days.

1 /5 Robert Blunck: If you have this agent, you better pay attention because they will change your policies without your knowledge. I added a car and a 19 year old girl to my policy, and they made her primary driver on all vehicles! They canceled my homeowners policy "accidentally" and I only discovered it because I changed agents. You cant ever get a hold of anyone in this office. You can leave a message but youre wasting your breath, they dont call back. Clint is too good to talk to you. Hes never in the office, or just left, and he refuses to return phone calls. Horrible office. Take your business elsewhere. Im filing formal complaints with State Farm, BBB, and maybe my attorney. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
