I guess they got tired of hearing the phone ring because they switched it to an automatic voicemail transfer even though it’s 2pm and they close at 5pm. My agent, on the other hand, Mary, does her best to help accommodate me. My issue stands with their phone operating system.

Jackie Arellano: DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. THAT LADY SANDRA IS SO RUDE! I can not understand why she is so rude honestly she has real issues (I feel sorry for her) I was asking to go over the charges when she charged my card for a deposit that she never told me about and she told me to stop calling her office and that I was not getting my money back. She literally started yelling over the phone. The whole experience was weird.

Randy-Robin Dunn: Friends Insurance (Pasadena TX) Is totally incompetent, and should not be selling insurance. I went in to get insurance coverage with Progressive on a new car, and the "agent" didnt know anything about what she was doing, and she wound up putting our two old cars on the new policy also, never mind that those two cars were already covered by our older Progressive policy! So, we ended up having two Progressive insurance policies on the same 2 cars at the same time (paying to insure those cars twice, along with insurance agent fees added on too!) I only discovered what had happened after logging onto Progressive and discovering that I had TWO progressive insurance policies with the same two cars on each one. Outraged, I immediately called Progressives toll-free help number to get this mess straightened out, and to get a full refund on the policy I had bought from Friends Insurance (and had only kept that policy for a few days. Save yourself a lot of wasted money, time, stress and grief by staying far, far away from Friends Insurance Agency in Pasadena, Texas!
