Her demeanor was quite rude and unprofessional; she even questioned whether I was lying about the persons absence or if I was simply too lazy to check their availability. I strongly advise against engaging with a business that demonstrates such poor customer service. If youre having a difficult day, its important not to project that onto others. I would highly recommend seeking assistance from a different CPA office.
