1 /5 Christy Terrell: Very rude with customers, they have ridiculous rules that are not safe, and decide what rules they follow when convenient for that exact moment. One of the tellers is a sweetheart the other is.... not very professional. Ive had them call screaming at us over mistakes they made, and feel the need to back the other horribly rude teller. If you want to pay $1 per in bank transfer and only do it over the phone, or if you like being treated with disrespect, or if you dont mind the "rules" changing when convenient for them then this is the branch for you. Sad truth is Ive dealt with other Chemcels and did not have any issues very friendly and helpful. The Alice branch is not worth your time or effort and Ive reported them already. Ive had the same bank for 11 years no issues and no complaints so its not me...

1 /5 SS PUNISHER Buentello: For being a sister bank of security service where the service there has been perfect, its very disappointing to see that this branch does not have the same customer service. The teller was rude and indifferent, and came across as if she was not happy to be at work. Teller 74 would benefit from people skills training.

1 /5 Roxanna Chapa: Im extremely disappointed with Chemcel services! Kingsville branch!!!! Horrible SERVICE!!! They do not look out for the customers at all. Very RUDE! I was contacted last Monday that my account had 7.38 and that what I wanted to do with my account. Im like what do you mean, we have over a hundred dollars in our account. Thats when I was informed that I had been charged 5.00 for 36 months. AND NOW I"M GETTING CONTACTED! REALLY!! We opened an account 5 years ago and it has been over 3 years since we used the account thinking we would still be members and have our 130.00 still available. Three years of charging fee and not receiving mailed letters or phone calls I get a call three later about my account. How convient for the company when they want to cover their fee but careless about notifying by mail or phone years ago. They waited until I had nothing left. I called several times to speak to the branch manager T. Gonzalez and she wouldnt return my calls until 10 days later. There was nothing documented in my notes of contact through mail or calls but as they claim they contacted through email. An email that hasnt been used in the last 5 years. Do you really think a customer is going to have an account open for 5 years to get charged fees every month. And to top it off they look at account every year that are not active but surely didnt make an effort to contact with mailed letters or calls. No help at all and very rude say they sent emails which I didnt receive. None of the fees for the last three years were returned. They should of notify me if this was occurring for over 36 months. Wow! more money for their benefit. Many people complain about the same situation. They can careless about the customer and are ready to take everything until they leave you with $0. Never again will I or my family and friends do business with these crooks.

1 /5 Irma Walker: If you’re not a member and paying cash on a loan payment they will NOT give you change for a 20. (Just needed 10) There a BANK?! The other reviews are no good but they don’t seem to care much. Anyway.. Have a good day!
