1 /5 monica maldonado: Sean was great in the beginning. Last year was a disaster. I received some other couples taxes thru the portal that lived in Plano. I called immediately to notify him and got no response. I sent several emails, left messages, sent messages thru the portal and got no response. This was a 2 to 3 weeks span of time. I was charged for the couples tax returns and this was never corrected, either. I had my identity stolen last year and not getting a response for weeks was a deal breaker. I did get the correct taxes finally sent to me but not getting a call back about the situation was unacceptable. I left several messages via phone, email and the portal. I wasnt asking for a ton of time but this error should have been addressed. I also never got a response on the charges, which I am still sure I was charged incorrectly.
I will never do business with him again. If you make a mistake, own up to it. Dont leave your clients to hanging.
