The Bell Collection by Jewelry John - Round Rock Brian Gonzales: The owner john showed much compassion for my mom when she went to purchased a bell regarding losing our father as of recent. She found the perfect bell to describe the situation. When she went to checkout, john insisted that she pay for the bell and refunded the money. He was so emotional about the loss and continued to give his condolences to my mother. What a true human being and business owner. We will be back and its so nice to know john and his family are true examples!
Kendra Scott - Austin Christina Murphy: Was gifted pretty earrings from here and after two wears the metal started to look brown so much so that I can no longer reach for them. They were over $120 so I took them to the store and asked them to either clean them or honor their product. I thought this was reasonable! Store said they don’t clean, and were super unhelpful, shared they were discontinued and could not exchange them for an equivalent product and didn’t offer any solutions. Super unhelpful and disappointing to know that Kendra Scott and this location
does not honor their products. Will not continue to shop since not only do the products not age well or sustain value enough to be used but especially that the brand doesn’t honor their jewelry. Big bummer.
