1 /5 Nora Moore: Poor service. They couldnt seem to answer the questions we had. My dad, who had passed away, insured house and outside items but they could not tell us if the pool was included. How could they not know? My mother has chosen to stay with them but I did not. I have insured my cars elsewhere. My mom doesnt drive. Now they have penalized my mom (house insurance) for not having the cars insured with them and have increased her rate. She doesnt have cars because she doesnt drive and my dad is deceased. These people are horrible. I would not recommend them.
