    Kenneth Turner: Do not use them. They were good 20 years ago when I first got with them. Yes been a client that long. Now, horrible. I called several times since March 2023 to find new rates and was told they would call me back. Have NEVER received a call back. Even as of TODAY, August 31st, 2023, was told by manager she wasnt sure who I spoke with but she just started and she deal with commercial insurance and she is the manager but once the woman that deals with regular insurance comes from break, she will have them call me back. Still, NO RETURN CALL. They are ALL LIARS. Stay away and find a new agent. Mind you I read all the days I had called and she made it seem like I didnt call and all of a sudden, noone knows who I spoke with. Yea, I bet they will forget again even though I JUST CALLED AGAIN TODAY AUGUST 31ST 2023. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!!! FULL WARNING!!!!!
