FirstBank & Trust - Littlefield Patricia Bara: As a previous banker and business owner, the customer service that I have received from this bank and their "management" has been by far the worst I have encountered. I would highly recommend extensive training not only for systems in process, but especially for those that are given titles for positions they are not qualified for. I will also not visit with the manager of the branch which is what your reply will be, because that has proven to be no benefit to me. I simply would like to contribute to your low reviews to benefit the next potentional customer.
