FitQuest70: The Anytime Fitness on Preston Road in Dallas, Texas, gym #58 on my Sacramento-to-Texas review journey, is a small, clean, linear, open layout gym with bright windows that create a well-lit, air-conditioned space. While the weight machines are limited, making it hard to find some equipment listed in the Anytime Fitness app, the app’s alternative exercises allowed me to focus on an upper body arm workout, and the extra weight room in the back added flexibility for strength training. Surprisingly, there are three full showers in the restroom, a nice touch for a compact gym. It was quiet on a Saturday, and though I’m unsure if they offer extras like the Evolt 360 biometric scan, the gym covers the essentials with free weights, cardio, and machines. Displaying a 2024 Member of the Club Purple award, it reflects Anytime Fitness’s core values and exemplary service, making it a solid, no-frills option for a convenient workout.

westley see: i dont care what yall say if this place is a 3.8 average this is still a 5 star lfetime for me it so spacious and not a lot of kids hogging the court and plenty empty on the weeekends!!! did i mention they recently renovated the basketball courts too? just a belt squat rack away from home run

Katie Kindred: I love this gym! The recovery perks are worth the will power membership. Staff is super friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that people don’t follow the rules, like wearing their shoes in the sauna and being loud in the recovery room :(

Sabrina: Bought a day pass in hopes of finding a new powerlifting gym, but was definitely underwhelmed visiting. The gym doesn’t look like the photos- needs some serious deep cleaning and someone to come in and arrange the equipment in a layout the makes sense. Lots of odd open spaces. I was also surprised at how old a lot of the equipment is (specifically accessory equipment) and no treadmills or stair masters. Makes it hard to find a gym where you can train when you’re missing a lot of standard equipment that should be at power lifting gyms and needed for standard programming. Bummer!

SHAWNA D: If I could give elevate fitness coaching a ZERO star I would! Do NOT DO NOT waste your money dealing with this company. I started at fitness connection in April of this year, signed up with elevate. I pay them $240 a month for this "training" It was time to invest in myself. Since then, Ive been through 6 trainers, having no more than 1 or 2 sessions with the trainer. Any weight I lost, was because of my own research, discipline and consistency. ELEVATE HAS NOT HELPED ME LOSE 1 DAMN POUND! They dont have a number to a corporate office, its only a Google voice number. Their customer service correspondence is a joke, only via email set up by zendesk. No one is helping me or interested in my issues. I want to cancel and they are saying I cant until May. Do not spend your hard earned money with these people! They dont care about the customers - only about payment.

I used to train at SWEAT440 in Miami and the results were incredible — the workouts are efficient, challenging, and perfect for a busy schedule since a new class starts every 10 minutes. As soon as I heard Dallas was getting a location, I immediately purchased the Founders Rate (limited to the first 100 members!) because I know the value this gym brings. The community, the energy, and the results truly speak for themselves. I can’t wait to join the Dallas studio and make it my new go-to fitness routine!

A Marie: Ive been coming here for over 5 years, never had any issues, and the staffs always friendly. But lately, they havent had any napkins to clean the machines. Its been 4 days! I hope the manager reads this and keeps up with supplies, its not sanitary. Put in some effort and make a Walmart run.

Jocey: Sad to say I’m moving far away from this gym but it is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Very clean, machines are always working, smells good and not crowded. Also staff is incredibly friendly and luckily my cancellation process was smooth. They understood my situation and didn’t make it difficult for me to cancel like other gyms have done for me in the past. 10/10 recommend.

Betse Lanier: I have been a member of Cooper Fitness Center for about two months. It has been a terrific experience. The classes are varied and all are good. The people are welcoming, nice folks and helpful. The facility is beautiful and a great place to walk. The food at their cafe is delicous! If you like exercise, its a good to be there!
