5 /5 L. G.: Gracilene Brooks is an excellent attorney! My wife was unable to apply for her Green-Card/I-485 despite our approved I-130 and bonified status. She was unable to apply for the Green-Card because she had a pending removal hearing/proceeding related to a prior and different type of residency application that was likely going to be denied. Gracilene was able to negotiate the termination of the removal proceedings with the opposing DHS attorney and was able to facilitate a immigration judges approval and signature far ahead of expectations (Less than 10 business days). Furthermore, she tried to save us money by trying to get our original I-485 reopened so that we didnt have to pay for a new application, and she kept us informed during the entire process. Excellent lawyer!
