5 /5 Luke Petty: Ill start with the gym itself in this review. Its clean, spacious and has anything you could want for your workout, even a tractor tire! You have access whenever you want with a key fob so its always there to get in a quick session and I really appreciate that with my schedule. Next Ill mention the people. This place works for everyone and thats something Ive seen after visiting for a while. It doesnt matter if youre incredibly fit or just getting off the couch for the first time in years (I fall into that category) its going to be comfortable for you here. Finally, Mark is a top notch trainer and can absolutely get you to the level you want no matter where youre starting. I know hell work with your schedule as well, actually, I dont think Ive ever not seen him when I visit. So if youre on the fence about getting back in shape, or tired of the overcrowded giant purple gym you currently attend, give this one a shot. Youll be glad you did I bet.

5 /5 Lydia Cline: Love this gym! Mark is mine and my bestie’s personal trainer and the dude KNOWS his stuff. I cannot begin to express how worth it, it is, to go to this gym. If you’re thinking about joining, stopping thinking and just do it. You won’t regret it.

Mark is a great guy, always willing to share his expertise and is building a great community here. Body and Mind will be my gym for many years to come.

5 /5 Byron Baumann: The best gym and place to call a 2nd home. Mark is a knowledgeable trainer and a great guy. The gym has all different equipment for different training regimens, whether Strength and Conditioning, power lifting, or body building. There is no better place to get in shape and be with community.

William V: The manager Erin with the big hair and big nasty attitude at the front has let the gym go down. she don’t like to fix anything and when we complain she blame us members. I have been a member for over 15 years and this is the worst I have seen this gym!! It smells bad, never clean and all she do is talk men all day long. I don’t see how she is a manager of this club. They need to find someone who cares about the gym and all members and not just the men she like to flirt with!!!! Dont go to this location if she is still there because you will be disappointed!!!

David & Shari Curtis: This gym and the manager on duty do not know what customer service is at all. Setting up our daughter’s membership they argued about demanding a debt card and yet we have the same card on our memberships as well. And now trying to close her membership as she just graduated and will be leaving town and the same manager refused to close the membership and was very short with myself and my wife telling us we do not have the authority to close her account. This was very poor customer service and a bad demeanor and unprofessionalism of a manager to not show better customer service

TetraComet: Gym is always filthy, there’s no wipes to clean equipment, there’s rarely paper towels in the bathroom to dry your hands, there’s nowhere to get water except for the tap that only runs warm water, and worst is that the A/C is on so low it feels like working out in a sauna and lifting becomes cardio because your heart rate gets so high. Owners are unresponsive to polite requests and comments. Best to go to Anytime or Planet.

Tonya Folse: If you are looking for a gym with 24 hour access and a variety of different workouts this is the gym for you. Everyone that works out here becomes family and everyone is so kind. Ive been to many gyms but this by far is the best I’ve been to.

Jacob Shafer: Trained here over the summer of 2017 and it was awesome! They have a great community, challenging workouts and knowledgeable coaches. The owner Chris particularly helped me make some significant improvements in my Olympic lifting technique.

Courtney Bowen: I’ve been a member at Anytime Fitness for 8 years and saying it has drastically gone downhill is an understatement. The gym is constantly filthy - used paper towels all over the floor, dirt and hair is piled up in the corners, the bathrooms are always disgusting, and the equipment is constantly broken and rarely gets fixed. On top of all that, the current manager has a real ego problem and is rarely in the office. When discussing issues, her attitude is very passive aggressive and unprofessional. She doesn’t take member’s complaints and concerns seriously. It’s insane how a girl so young and immature landed a manager position in the first place. I would avoid this gym until new management is in place.

Madison Marotz: I feel like since i’ve been at this hotworx i’ve been belittled and mistreated. I was referred to this hotworx by someone who has a sweat everywhere. every time i’m here i feel like the girls are incredibly fake to me. not to mention they talk bad behind members backs. i remember being very distraught walking in a couple weeks ago while their member who was older was mocked the second she walked out the doors. the girls were mocking her when she said “have a great day ladies don’t work too hard”. the girls were saying “don’t work too hard” in high pitched nasally voice and laughed and continued for as long as it took me to take off my shoes and go into my sauna. If that’s how they’re talking about me i honestly don’t know why i stay. To be completely 100% honest if i didn’t like hotworx so much i would not be a member here. If it wasn’t the only hotworx in a 100 mile radius of me i would not be here. They are disrespectful and immature employees. if i owned this facility i would not employ these girls and i personally would not run my hotworx this way. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS LOCATION BY ANY MEANS. PLANET FITNESS IS BETTER.
