1 /5 Scott P: Customer service repeatedly provided inaccurate benefits information saying that claims would be denied for lack of coverage discouraging me from following through with services ordered by medical professionals out of fear of having to deal with denied claims. This continues to be my experience starting over 10 years ago through to today. The representatives are not qualified in medical terminology or procedure billing codes.
