I was very close to changing insurance companies due to adding another car and not feeling like i could get both covered for a reasonable price. It was almost 5p when i called and Lance stayed on the phone with me to run quotes and get my second car insured. And at a reasonable price. He was so helpful. Thanks again!

5 /5 Setul Patel: Not sure why some of these reviews are bad--weve always had great service from Mr. Simmons and his staff. Lolita is easy to deal with and very responsive. Even after moving to Houston from Pearland, we continue to use the same agent.

1 /5 Janee Howard: The WORST insurance company/office ever! Do NOT sign through his( Bert Simmons) company! The staff are terrible and have little to no clue of whats going on with your insurance. The only thing they know is how much you owe them. The rates go up every 6 months,even if you have never been in an "at fault" accident! I have been with state farm for 4 years and every time there is a problem they dont know anything! I have been paying 336-340 a month, for full coverage yes, but it should have NEVER been that high, my record is clean! I am so happy that I never have to deal with this company ever again! If you work hard for your money like I do I would highly advise not to spend a penny of your money here. Bert Simmons is money hungry! Go to another insurance company!

1 /5 Robert Tolk: Stay away from this office at all cost. They are rude they will not email you call or send a letter for extremely important information. I experienced a problem but they blamed in on all the office staff quiting at once. Which answers all my questions on why this office is horrible. I talked with Michelle she is rude and laughed at my problem and very disrepctful even hanging up on me. I have been using Ken Hinojosa State Farm Insurance Agent in Friendswood for my office. Deanna helped me solve what they couldnt. They are awesome over there, but STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
