Weve had insurance with them now for years and they act like they couldnt care less whether youve been a long-time customer or not. Theyve taken a long time getting back to us in the past--even not responding to e-mails weve sent. I wholeheartedly do not recommend. Even if you have to pay more, go somewhere else.
