5 /5 Christina Unroe: I have only been here for 3 weeks. Im writing this for those who are not in good shape. I am overweight and very uncomfortable in a gym. The looks, clothing, just in general Im uncomfortable. I came to be fit determined to lose weight and change my lifestyle in order to be healthy. When I walked in and saw all these amazing competition pictures I was a bit intimidated. After speaking with the gentleman who signed me up and talked me through my plan options, I decided Im going to do it even if Im uncomfortable. But here is the best part. Not one day have I felt uncomfortable or intimidated. The people there are all different fitness levels. Not one person has ever made me uncomfortable. My trainer is fantastic. The other trainers I see are always encouraging. I have a long journey and I am gaining confidence each day I go. My eating plan is strict but I can say Im never hungry. My trainer listens to my concerns and is genuinely happy for me to achieve small attainable goals as she will be when I reach some larger ones. For me personally my weight is coming off slower then I would like, but the things that have improved are incredibly surprising in just 3 weeks. My balance has improved significantly. My flexibility is improving in my every day tasks, and I am finally building a healthy relationship with food. I would encourage anyone who is seriously struggling to lose weight to please check this place out. I was given the option of gastric bypass or weight loss injections. I chose be fit membership with personal trainer and its less than the medical options. I am very pleased with my short time here.
