1 /5 Lou F: These reviews must be paid for because I’ve had the worst experience in a 10 month span! Shannon is by far the worst you can work with. Don’t respond until months later via text. Nor does she answer the phone. Every since February/ March all we hear is no update but progress being made and we’re not told what the progress is. I do not recommend this was not a great experience at all I’m trying to see how to withdraw case now and take it elsewhere! I wish I could post the txt thread and call log just so you can see how unprofessional they are!

1 /5 Fatimah Nawab: Avoid this company for your accident case. They are completely unresponsive—its been over a year and a half with no updates, no follow-ups, no returned calls, texts, or emails. Every call goes straight to voicemail. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences. I deeply regret trusting them. Save yourself the time and stress—choose someone recommended through personal referrals, not online reviews.
