A year later - I received a push present / First Mother’s Day emerald ring that was custom-made to be an addition to my engagement ring. If you have an idea - they can do it. 5 /5 linh!: I bought a matching set of earrings today for myself and my partner. The customer service here is exceptional and the jewelry ranges from dainty and beautiful to extravagant and lustrous. The shop is ran by a sweet, customer service oriented mother alongside her husband, son, and sweet female salesperson Charissa; everyone is dedicated to ensuring customers feel supported and assisted. Many places in this strip mall offer gold but none offer the quality of service and attention to detail like Bacadna. I will definitely be back.

Husband called ahead to ask if the store would be interested in a pair of earrings. They said yes, and encouraged him to come in. When my husband showed up, the guy working was rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. He took one glance at the earrings and said “I don’t want them, I’m dealing with customers” — like my husband wasn’t one. No greeting, no explanation, no professionalism. Just attitude. If this is how you treat people who come in after calling ahead, you don’t deserve their business. There are plenty of better, more respectful jewelry stores out there. Don’t waste your time here. And to the “owner” — DO BETTER.
