1 /5 Laura Horey: i have been in customer service for 30 yrs and for me to go put of the way to complain about this agent rhonna needs a brand new adittude especially when you work with your own customers she could not make her mind why they cancelled insurace to home two diffent answers not true if she is having to save her job at least be polite about it dont pissed off cuz you were caught lieng and yes recorded the calls legally only because i just have never ever ran into this situation ever no wander no review please beware something is fishy hood luck. I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS LEGAL TO LIE IN ORDER TO CANCEL POLICY YOU HAVENT HEARD THE LAST OF ME THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN WISH U LUCK U WILL NEED
