V M: Company’s lawyer send me 6 letters regarding some unpaid invoices and demanding payments and saying if I don’t pay they will be taking me to court. I called them to clear this out and they agreed that it was send to the wrong company, I requested for the attorney to write me a letter clarifying this error but after calling them twice and wait patiently for months I haven’t get anything clearing this matter. It seems lawyer Todd J. Johnson didn’t do his homework and only google a name and address and send certificate letters demanding payment to anyone with similar names. After trying to get a letter clearing my name and no answers from attorney I’m coming to this platform to get this taking care. Once I get a letter and a call from this negligent attorney I’ll be considering to removing this post but I have the right to protect my self from a wrongful claim. The other option is to contact my own attorney for defamation.
