    RONDA ANDERSON: I visited the TC location never had a problem, except the last 2 times with a teller named MikeishaTurner. Her attitude for both interactions SUCKED. Thought maybe she was just having a bad day the first time. But round 2 was worse, especially since I had my dad with me. He said some people dont like their jobs I guess. So lets just get this done and go, so we did. I wont deal with her again if another teller isnt available Ill go to a different location. This location is close to my dad thats why we went there.

    Matthew REYES: Very disappointed in the service I received here at league city location.I was misled by Roxanna and lied to by some person named gabby. Told me they would call back and weeks would go by and nothing. I called almost every other Monday on my day off. I got the same answer. Once that girl gabby told me that my claim was not filed and if I wanted to file a claim I would have to report it stolen. Knowing Damn well it wasn’t stolen. I told her I was not going to falsify a police report just to get a few bucks for some something that no longer works. I was just trying to seek short term help and instead I got a long term headache. Took six months to process a simple claim for something simple. A process that I HAD to call another branch for them to actually give me answers and get it processed within a few weeks. Unbelievable and horrible service. I will no longer be going to this branch. I stopped paying my bill so they had to call me and when they called I would ask about my situation and one would say oh they rejected it and the next time oh there asking for more information and then finally to be told to make up a false report to make it happen. It just makes me wonder what’s really going on there. Thank God for the Pasadena branch for following up with me regularly and processing my claim without hesitation.
