Anytime Fitness - Waxahachie (TX)

2 /5 Dillon Shepherd: When this gym opened over a decade ago it was the go-to gym. This gym has not done any remodeling or equipment change but yet they’ll gladly charge $60 annual fee. I’ve been to a handful of other Anytime gyms and they’re all updated; colors, equipment, light aesthetics, some type of control over the music playing… and they don’t charge an annual fee. Does Tim still own this gym? If you cared for this gym as you do the one in GBC this would continue to thrive and be a badass gym.

1 /5 Adriana Cervantes: These machines are old and don’t work properly. This is one of the most outdated locations, come on waxahachie get it together! Get a hip thrust machine like red oak, fix the hip abductor machine or replace it. You’re not catering to the female guests!

1 /5 Dante: Front door doesn’t close, but the management won’t hesitate to snap at you for not making sure it’s secure. The floor is super uneven, feels like holes in the ground under the mats. Equipment is always old and breaking, half of the pins for the machines are broken or missing. The amount of treadmills keeps declining with the quality of the remaining four very questionable. On top of the monthly price they charge $45 twice a year for “improvement fees” making it one of the most expensive gyms around for a shockingly low quality. Especially seeing cockroaches the past two time I have been there.

1 /5 SE: Dirty dirty dirty … they don’t clean or vacuum. The restroom makes a truck stop restroom look spotless! Old equipment and some of the knobs are missing on the weight machines. Some machines don’t work. For the price this gym location doesn’t make sense. I have tried to look past all the flaws because it’s a laid back place and not too many people at the same time. Of course I was told the owner doesn’t pay attention to this location and it shows!
