    Sam DeViney: Sean Mertz Allstate has an excellent staff that is very responsive and efficient. I am the type of person who likes to do most things electronically (through email or an app). I do not like talking by phone or driving to an office. Seans team has always very quickly and efficiently responded every time I have reached out to them, even before I was a customer. They very quickly quoted and put into place home and auto insurance for us and we have also had a claim processed. This was all done electronically. Pricing is good and they are very good at customer service. I highly recommend them.

    Sarah Padilla: I am NOT a customer of Nationwide nor will I ever be after the experience I am having with them. I was hit from behind by one of their commercial customers. I have had nothing but trouble with them. They are rude! I had to fight tooth and nail just to get a rental care to get to work. I thought that was the hard part.... nope, now they want me to got down to the wrecker and pay up front the $437 to get my car to the repair shop and they say they will reimburse me the fee ( I do not have faith at this point that that will happen!) This is absolutely the worst insurance experience ever! If I could give no stars I would!!
