1 /5 Nancy Whitney: Nidia Reyes took my money for a new policy on a new vehicle but refused to help me with an existing policy that had a pending issue. She left me on hold and went on her lunch break. When I attempted to call back they answered and hung up, answered and hung multiple times. Do better! Dont lie to the customer! I showed up in person to make the change on my existing policy. Thats the only way theyll help over the phone that is unless your purchasing a new policy.
