I have found that, not only is he a man of great character, he is also one of the best minds in insurance I have known in 25 years of law practice. I cannot recommend Brad and his team enough for any insurance vehicles one might wish to purchase whether it be consumer products or commercial. Bryant and Duncans service after the sale is unbeatable.

1 /5 Katie Smith: I inquired about a quote on one of my commercial buildings. I had heard good things about this company so I decided to give them a try. Two months later, nobody had gotten back to me with a finalized quote after requesting the required information. I called today to see what the hold up was and I was explained that they basically dropped the ball and forgot about me. I’m very disappointed in the service I was provided here. If they can’t even keep up with my quote, how can I trust that they will actually take care of my building when the time comes. I will continue to use State Farm instead.

2 /5 Matthew Hill: Tried to offer them a chance to provide my corporate general liability, workers compensation, primary residence, two investment properties, and my vehicle insurance policies. Kept getting no answers to inquiries before and after filling out all of their forms. Ultimately I was told that they were just too busy. Guess I will look somewhere else.
