5 /5 mad joe: I first met Michael at All American Insurance about 5 years ago when I asked him to help me find an auto policy providing the needed coverage for my vehicles that also might save me money. He got back to me quickly and I was so happy with the results I transferred my home owners policy to him a couple of months later. He now handles all my insurance needs and each time I have asked for help in lower my payments, he has delivered. I recently contacted him (11-2024) when my current auto policy was going to increase by 40% upon renewal. Not only did he quickly find a new company with comparable coverage, he was able to save me about 30% from what I had been currently paying. From boat home auto to business and rental property or any type of insurance your in need of. If they can’t help you they will guide you in the right direction . Nikki and Michael are a great team to talk to.Nikki Helped me get the right home and auto insurance i need and signed me up for autopay to get a discount rate every month. She explained what coverages I need for my home or area I lived in. I did not know that if you live in a certain county city or area you may need to add flood insurance to your home etc along with others types to cover your home from damages or losses. Pinnacle Remodeling: Dont expect communication! We never had a problem with Germania itself but when we switched to USAA purely for cost saving purposes, apparently our Germania policy never canceled even though we did everything we were told to do by him when switching companies and on time. My mortgage company ended up paying both policies. Eric said hed fix it but after months of calls, messages, and emails; we still didnt hear back. After 8 months of waiting for Eric to correct this issue, we were forced to get the corporate office involved. 24 hours later our refund is being issued and they will be putting him under investigation for this matter.

He never calls you back when his staff says hes going to call you back after being with the company for 20 plus years they wont give you any discounts there is no consideration for loyalty. Staff cant answer questions and bill Hudson will never call you back even when staff says theyre going to have him call you back. I will be looking for other insurance to move my home and my vehicle to.
