Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company - Pearsall F.Carlos G.: I’m gonna make this brief: Someone insured by this insurance hit my vehicle in the parking lot. Insurance told ne to take the vehicle to a shop after I sent them pictures for estimate. Now they called the shop and told them they will not pay for the remaining $1,000 labor charge since I did not use the shop they recommended. Please note, I was not given this option in the beginning, and on top of that why will I take my car to a shop I do not know. This is bad practice that should be illegal.
