eddie rodriguez: Everything started well with this agency. But has gone down hill after the first year of doing business with them. Ive requested COIs weeks before the expiration date so I can provide them my brokers, and I never get them in a timely manner. This will be the 3rd time my driver gets stuck out of state because they dont provide a COI before the expiration date. They dont seem to care. When you reach out to your agent, they dont answer because theyre at their other job. Then they say that their boss shouldve sent it, but never did. They delegate blame all the time. It might be time to move my business elsewhere and file a lawsuit for damages.
