Sants: I called and spoke with Emily about an issue I was having getting ahold of my insurance. She gave me useless information. I asked to speak with a manager and stated they werent there. I asked Emily for the managers name and said she did not know his name. Then she put me on hold and spoke with one of the managers (Omar) and I told her didnt you say you didnt know your managers name? She said no, I dont know the regional managers name that deals with your insurance. I actually know who Omar is because Omar sold this insurance to me. Why do they sell insurance where you cant even get ahold of them? Useless and pointless company
