1 /5 Lynna Mlsnado: I had let Maria the insurance agent give me horrible customer service two times prior to this last time I figured we all have bad days I let it go twice. This third time was the last she caused us a huge inconvenience leaving us on hold not returning calls no updates on our insurance. I am glad I will not be going back I was always thinking how is she going to be acting today when I walk in, not a pleasant feeling at all, the older gentleman and other lady very nice I have to say that.
