Chante Stoute Krystle is a complete professional. She’s always on time and she is always waiting for you to get yourself together get comfortable and then she starts. She is very nice to you and hold the conversation so you’re not just sitting around and silence or returns our music or some TV whichever your preferences and I like that. It’s a one experience that you will not get any of your shop. And these are my nails after four weeks to the day and I still get complaints!

I got a simple design but loved it! One thing I enjoyed so much is that they are quick and do a great job on detail and ask for your opinion. I even told 2 of the ladies that I loved that they didnt hurt my fingers when trying to file them like other places have that I leave with my hands hurting! It doesnt even feel I got them done! I didnt get a pic of my daughters friend nails but here I will attach mine and my daughters. Thank you for my daughter and her friend cupcake ya gave them and the goodie bags, they loved it!

Nika Welsh Kimmie (hopefully spelling that right) did AMAZING. I went to another salon only a few days before and they butchered my full set, let me walk out with crazy cuticles, tried giving me orange powdery nails, didn’t sharpen them the way I wanted, and the paint chipped after ONE DAY. A week later I came here and Kimmie fixed me UP. This place is trustworthy with great progressional work, super fast as well! I will be going back!!

He was excellent, 10/10 service, he was very good at communication, and very very friendly. This place has the friendliest and cleanest aesthetic and atmosphere. I would definitely come again for the third time. I love this place so far and I’ve only been here twice so far.

Rebecca Booker Update: Lyna is phenomenal and very professional. I made the decision to call and go back and have my nails corrected. She personally fixed my color and other concerns that I had. I will definitely be coming back!! Thanks so much for making a disappointed customer a happy, returning customer. Not worth what I paid!!! One of the worst nail services I have received. Didn’t receive the color I requested, kept telling her it was wrong, but until started my toes did they realize it was the wrong color and had placed the dip on my fingers already, too late to wait for the change. Didn’t clean up polish around toes and fingers. Overall pedicure and manicure, which included the full package deal, cuticle and callus, massage, etc in package was not performed well at all. I’m very disappointed. My toes look worse than when I went in. See photos.

Heidi Rourke Amazing!! I got the peppermint pedicure and a pink/white fill. The pedicure was the best I’ve ever experienced and my nails look beautiful. We’re just in town for the weekend and I may have to drive the 45 minutes for all future pedicures!!

The staff is more attentive than anywhere else I’ve been, the atmosphere is amazing such a high end environment! I felt like a million bucks. T Jordan Update 1-26-2025 You’re missing the issue. I showed a picture of what I wanted. I was quoted a price. I don’t not get what I asked for ! And then you said it would’ve been 10 dollars more. The price was NEVER a concern. I had NO problem paying more. you shouldn’t quote a price , not do it, and they say it would’ve been more. Bad business ! Ladies stay away. They won’t even take accountability. This reflects on the lack of communication from your staff. So often people ask for things and y’all just do what yall want. I would have gladly paid for what I wanted The first picture is what I asked for. The second picture is what I got. Not happy. Spoke to the owner and she told me for the example picture it would’ve been 5 dollars more. The money wasn’t an issue. I would have paid. I showed the other owner (male) the picture and he gave me a price before we got started. Wouldn’t recommend. No solution was even given..

Sabrina Veguilla This was my first time coming here and for the price ($135 with tip), the experience was alright. I asked for an acrylic manicure with gel and gel on my feet as well. I originally wasnt going to get any nail art but the lady was upselling me so I decided to give it a shot. It didnt come out that great but I was on a time crunch so I didnt complain. Also my big toes werent filed evenly so theres that as well, but I couldnt tell until they were done. You receive a complimentary drink with your nail service and they have a fully stocked bar if you or your husband want extra drinks. I was a walk in but I was told that they also do appointments.

Adelshia Robinson I went to get my toes and nails done and they came out absolutely amazing. It was my first time there and the service was absolutely amazing, my toenail was damaged and he took his time and worked with it to make sure it was the shape I wanted. I also came in to get my nails done, all my requirements were met, she took her time to create the shape I wanted she made them look so natural. I got french tips and each nail was done with precision. I will definitely going back.

Fiaauitupu Savini There are several reasons, I’ve given this salon 1 star. 1. PRICE- My sisters and I, along with my 5 year old niece went here today and got our nails done. I went in for a fill and of course paint job. Usually, I don’t pay over $60 (including tip) for a fill and simple paint job. I paid $79 (including tip). I asked for a breakdown and it was, $43 for a fill, $10 for French top on 4 fingers, and $15 for using 5 different colors (fall scheme). Mind you, the other 6 fingers were painted a solid color (pic below). If I knew that I would be charged for using different colors, I would’ve just gotten one. IMO, that’s ridiculous but what’s more ridiculous is charging $97 for a child’s pedi. My niece who is only 6 years old, got a mani for $15 and pedicure for $97. Why is a child’s pedi just as much as an adults?! My nail shop I usually go to was too busy to take 4 people, so we decided to go here smh. 2. Lack of artistry- I came with an inspo picture of what I wanted and the tech was not able to deliver, so I switched to a simple design. And the same goes for my sister. She showed a picture of what she wanted and was not able to get what she wanted because they weren’t able to do it. We both basically wanted marble designs, but the techs didn’t know how to do it. Which is ok, but I should’ve at least been compensated since I switched to a simple design, and not been charged for using 5 different colors. 3. No sense of caution- although the nail tech did a nice job with shaping my nails, he was going way too fast. It was pretty slow in there, so I’m not sure why he was in such a rush. Having no concern for my surrounding skin, causing multiple cuts from his tool. I literally have cuts on almost all my fingers from when he was shaving my nails down. I brought it up to the “manager,” telling her I didn’t want anything out of it, that he just needs to be told to slow down and be more careful moving forward, with other customers. I could’ve demanded some kind of discount or something, but I’m not that kind of customer. When I brought this up to her, I didn’t feel as if my issue was met with any kind of concern/sympathy. And that’s fine. I paid and left. What did I learn from this experience? One, stick to what/where you know, no matter what. Basically don’t cheat on your regular spot, bc you’ll leave with physical damage, wasted money/time, and disappointed. Two, don’t assume that a child’s pedi or services in general, are less than an adults. Three, ask for a breakdown for every little thing that you could possibly get charged for, beforehand not at the register. Four, that we will never be returning to this establishment, EVER. *I have attached pictures of cuts I got on my fingers, designs we wanted and what we got instead, and my 5 yr old niece’s $97 pedicure.*

Alicia Duncan I had a wonderful nail experience with a woman named Amy! I asked for short oval nails with a simple hot pink accent. She delivered and was kind and conversational during the service. Brystal Knight First time here and it’s by far the best salon we’ve been to! Tracy did mine set. I wanted a subtle ombré with glitter, she used a paint gun machine that was super cool. Highly recommend this place, very friendly environment.

Jennifer Tucson The worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I went for a pedicure with friends. The First Lady who started my pedicure was horrible. She was taking the acrylic off of one foot and hit the corner of my nail and pulled up the whole corner of the previous acrylic. I told her hey that hurts. She pulled my foot down and said it’s ok and started again. The whole piece of acrylic came up this time and damaged the nail underneath. I screamed In pain. This time she says sorry and pulls it again. I then tell her that I only want acrylic on my big toes. She precedes to put it on my other toes. I tell her again I don’t want it on my other toes. She gets mad and starts taking it off and cut me. I’ll tell her to please stop. She storms off and then another tech comes. The second one was amazing. She kept apologizing telling me she’s sorry. Then tells me when the lady took the acrylic off she damaged my nails. And the acrylic was done horribly and she’s going to have to take it off and restart. While she’s doing this the previous tech comes over and snatches the drain thing out from under me and walks away. The tech was like she’s always like this. Treats customers bad. At this point I’ve been there over an hour and my friends are done. I spent 2 1/2 hours getting a pedicure and then go to pay. I paid $160 for my horrible experience. They charged me $30 per big toe for acrylic on each big toe. Not one did the owner come and apologize for the horrible service or did and want to discuss with me the charges. Really disappointed in my service

Theyre strong, and what I like most is theyre not thick like my acrylic would be. I keep my nails short and simple. Service was amazing from start to finish..keep that up! as you gain clientele, keep it clean, quick and personable. Love the lighting, ambiance, and modernization.

Brittany Walker I made an appointment for my daughter to get a birthday mani-pedi late last night and they were so accommodating upon arrival! She loved her Princess Chair with the colorful water and bubbles during her pedicure. Little Kim was so gentle and kind with her during the service and then Joe brought her a birthday Princess balloon!! Five star service, I would recommend this place and we will definitely be regulars now!!

Peige Maree Ishmael My mom,sister, and I came here for a day of pampering and I can proudly say.. this is the best location I have been to so far. They are very welcoming and provide great service. They were very patient with us as well and gave us the results we were looking for! While we waited we were offered to sit in the massage chairs and water too. We are also very satisfied with the results as well. We definitely plan on coming back!

Marina Lana They messed up my hair, took 12 hours, and didnt get what I wanted. My hair fried broken and overall looking unhealthy. They dont have prices posted anywhere in the salon so they just tell you what you have to pay out of the blue. Havent seen any of their certificates, dont know if they actually know what they are doing. Salon does have only two people, so both of them just doing whatever they want. I came to the salon working with one girl and another jumped into her work and decided to "help her coworker" but none of them notify me that I would have to pay both of them for their work. Overall I wasted my day off, end up with burned unhealthy hair, that I need to work on, was overpriced, and both stylists were talking bad about me in front of me, assuming that I dont understand Spanish. I would not recommend anyone go there ever again.

Anna Leffers One of my favorite places to get my nails done. Got the Gel7X French tips done recently and they were so much better than the set I had done somewhere in Austin. These were done by Andy and he was great! I have also gotten a set done by Hannah here and loved those as well (Gel7X lavender with chrome). I did not take those pictures right after so the nails had grown out a little in them. I also play soccer competitively and have never had a nail get broken or torn off even during a game. They always last really well for me.

Kayla Molenaar I treated myself to a pedicure and nails for my birthday 12/4. My pedicure was great, no complaints. For my nails I decided to go with the Gel-X, they are pricey, but I’ve heard good things about them. Long story short, I am extremely unhappy with them. I loved the design and how they came out, but for an almost $100 set of nails they didn’t even make it 4 days before they were coming off. I normally just do Color Street nail strips and gel top coat at home and can get 2 weeks wear out of them even with heavy wear and tear from baking. I went back today to have them removed and replaced with acrylic, but it cost me another $64 (it would have been $80 without the discount I received for having to fix them so soon). Sadly, I will not be returning.

Kelsey Washington Once again, stopped by my favorite place Studio Nails. My usual nail tech Callie was not here so I got paired with “ Uncle Ken “. He is so funny and so gentle . I showed him what I wanted for my nails ( shape and design ) he absolutely killed it :) ! My nails are bright, blinged out & Beautiful! I’m obsessed!! THANK YOU “ UNCLE KEN “ YOU ARE AWESOME!!! You made my day 100% . I also got my brows waxed & had a pedicure as well. The lady who did both is amazing as well and she was gentle with my toes ( I’m ticklish ) , so I appreciated that a lot . Everything came out to $178. I was shocked how decent the rice was because anywhere else I would’ve easily paid over $200 .

Savannah Brock I requested Raee since my coworker gets her nails done by her and she did an amazing job! I didnt bring a picture of what I wanted, only an idea and she worked with me to create the look I wanted. I stopped getting my nails done since they hurt my nail beds, but I tried the gel x and so far so good! 2nd trip for acrylics. Also amazing!

Nicole Grimsley Dee did an amazing job at making sure to come up with the perfect teal color scheme that fit my description of what I wanted. His ombré design of teal that faded into a white at the tips was so perfect!! I also had the best pedicure ever! It was sooo relaxing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The establishment was very clean which is huge factor for me especially when deciding to have my feet done.
