Oliver Marx I was hesitant and confused about the steps I needed to take in order to figure out how to file a claim and if I should. I called the office at 3PM on a Saturday and was transferred to Michael Whorton who answered his cell on his personal time and he was more than happy to take my call and explain the entire situation to me and what steps to take. He referred me to exactly who I needed to talk to and made me feel much better about the entire situation. I arrived at 11:30am on 10/6/2024 racist? or you dont want to work? bad service I will never return and I will put it on all my social networks I said Racism, because I went to the store and the lady didnt open the door, I looked over the window and she told me it was closed, the door was locked then 2 people (men) let them in. How do you call what I say lies? if it just happened. Train your staff well and tell them to serve customers no matter what. ,Bad service and if you dont believe it, check it out.

Beau Jaymes So me and my wife wanted to add a car to our new insurance policy. Contacted Calvert added the car because the dealer wanted full coverage insurance before we drove off with the car. Long story short dealer didnt sell us the car we agreed to, so we contacted insurance company. Told them we didnt get the car wanted, so asked get a refund. Well these crooks said their policy which through Hallmark insurance said no refunds even though we didnt purchase car. Wow!!. To Top that off they added fees on top of the policy from Hallmark insurance, in other words its like youre paying for 2policies. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Run away as fast as you can. If the owner says Im a fake customer I will show yall my policy number.

Anthony cold called me and normally I would never even consider switching or doing anything from a phone call but there was something about his voice and it just made me listen to him. And he was able to save me money and he has been so responsive any and every time I have called either he answers the phone or my text message I have never been left hanging with Anthony or with state farm. And up until this year I actually hadnt made any claims until right after I switched to State farm. I had only made one payment for my new policy when the hail came and I had to make claims on my vehicles and my roof. Inspections payment everything was so on point. And so easy and efficient. Hope R I have been with Fred Loya for more than 10 years now and I have never had to file a claim because of an accident until just recently. I am so disappointed with this company. It was fast and easy to file a claim, but when it came to getting an estimate of the damages and calling the adjuster to find out what was going on with the claim no one would call back and u always had to leave a message because no one would ever answered the phone. I even had to leave a message for the adjusters supervisor, but they also never called me back. Since no one was calling me back I did call the Round Rock location and they hanged up on me twice. When it came to looking for a body shop to fix my car we had to call around because Fred Loya would not give us a pacific body shop that they work with to fix the car. They told me it was my job to look for a body shop since it was our choice where we wanted repairs done. Every body shop that I called would tell me no we can’t fix your car because we don’t work with Fred Loya. I asked why and everyone told me because Fred Loya will not pay them for the repairs they have done in the pass. When it came to getting a rental I also had to pay out of pocket because the rental place said that Fred Loya insurance only covers a certain amount everyday. Fred Loya did tell me the the out of pocket that I paid can be reimbursed. But I doubt that. I still need to file a claim for that. The reason I say that is because Fred Loya said they would reimburse me only $100 of tow services, but I only got $50 back. And of course the tow service was a lot more then that. Fred Loya might be a lot cheaper than other companies, but u really get what u pay for. I do not recommend Fred Loya so if u can please go else where. Once I get my car back from the body shop I will be changing companies. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. Best Of Luck.

Cristina Cardenas I’ve had a terrible experience with this insurance company. They never answer their phones, Im assuming due to short staff. When I finally got through today I was transferred to an agent out of Austin who was incredibly rude. She stated her name was Joann. After making a payment,The rep told me they couldn’t send me a receipt via email, which seems absurd. On top of that, they sent me the wrong copy of my insurance card. When I asked for clarification about her location, she hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value good customer service
