G2G Chosen One I tried having a conversation with Roy Faulkenberry and needed to make sense of my plans my payments my coverage etc. instead he had the nerve to not only talk over me but hamg up on my face because he didnt want to have any discussion that didnt include making a payment and getting off the phone as quickly as possible. Ive been with Allstate for yrs now home and auto and this is how they treat a returning customer when Im trying to get clarification on my coverage??!! He has no respect no morals. Im sorry but Roy you should be fired for how poorly you handled a simple conversation today. And its a shame that Allstate will allow this behavior to continue by keeping you as there representative. Im done with Allstate.

Nina Blackmon I have always had a very positive relationship with Lisa Hand . If I have questions, she is always happy to go over anything I need and get it resolved for me. She is very good at explaining how much coverage I need on my auto and home so that I will be adequately covered in case of a claim. Lisa is also very polite and kind. Never acts like you should know all about how insurance works. Is very willing to explain anything.

We hold an SR 22 and Yossira was able to get us a low monthly rate of $75 such an amazing company to work with people that have had previous issues with insurance/credit score issues The link that was provided in the email was broken to give her an overall review so I came on and googled Odessa Texas and went ahead and just put her name in for an insurance agent who has wonderful customer service skills and is able to keep up with the busyness of daily life. I literally was grocery shopping and doing all kinds of things while I spoke to her on the phone and she was able to get us like I said a cheap rate decent coverage all within 30 to 45 minutes. Summer Walters After my policy “ghosted me”, I had to call Direct Auto and see what was going on. I HATE automated customer service so being able to speak to a human being was extremely helpful. I was transferred a few times but every person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. However, one stood out to me. Isela Ramirez was the final representative I was transferred to and she was amazing! Not only is she very kind and professional but she is very down to earth! She helped me as fast as technology would allow but I enjoyed my time on the phone (never thought I would say that calling customer service)! She helped find a solution to my problem and resolved everything before we got off the call. Somebody give her a raise! Thank you so much for all your help and assistance Mrs.Ramirez! I hope I never encounter another issue with my policy but if I do, I know who to call! Definitely made me a long term happy customer :)

Tammy Hosch I have a hail damage claim that your office prefers to deny and dispute hoping that people just go away rather than cover and pay the claim. It’s ongoing until I have the energy to bring it up again and deal with more red tape of bureaucracy by design. Disappointing. Seemingly deceptive and definitely not a positive customer service-but evidently that’s never been the goal.

We went with local to deal with them person to person but got handed tonsomeone in Ft worth that was clueless! They dont care about the small business people could never get in touch with anyone. We started in Nov 2024 w them and till this date they still cant get our coverage right. So tired of them as soon as we can we are leaving them.!!! Look somewhere else if I were you.
