dtracj2011 I wouldnt recommend this insurance whatsoever. I got into a car accident and they claim they didnt receive my payment and now i have no car and no way to cover medical injuries. I am disabled so this screw up on their behalf has left me high and dry. I am completely aggravated and displeased with them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Over the years, I had taken a practical, almost "robotic" view of insurance and agents. I never even had the opportunity to learn their names (maybe because I usually only conversed with their voice mail). In any case, I feel more secure in the knowledge that Brijesh is actually looking out for me and my needs. I also appreciate the fact that his staff is friendly and available.

Jimmy Williams Its been 23 days now since my claim and no-one from Allstate has bothered to show up and access the damage. You sent a couple of workers out to rip out the carpet and run fans for several days. The websites you refer me to arent active and Ive tried 4 different browsers to no avail. We call and you say your waiting on a plumbers report but you wont say If I am to call a plumber or if you are going to send one. We moved all our furniture and affected belongings into other rooms and we are growing tired of the mess. I have never had an insurance company behave this way. I will be seeking other companies for my cars and home when this is all over. I was NOT in good hands with allstate!!

Although I am not exactly clear on her role/responsibilities ended once I signed the release form, she assisted with my efforts to secure payment from the moving company, which took over six months. Without her help, I would likely still be waiting for payment.

Bart Van de Vel The Insurance Agent Who Changed My Mind I hate insurance guys. Theyre unresponsive and go above and beyond just to avoid paying out claims. Thats what Ive always believed, until I crossed paths with Shalair at Baker Insurance. When we moved from Florida to New York last summer, we faced annoying issues and damages due to our disappointing experience with the moving company. As I started listing everything, I had little hope we would ever see any settlement money. But thats where Shalair delivered: outstanding customer service, super smooth coordination in getting an expert on site, and most importantly, an extremely fair settlement outcome. Did I get everything I wanted? No. But I genuinely felt she was on my side, had a fair understanding of the contract, and handled the damage claim reasonably. Honestly, I hope I never have to deal with her again - and thats only because I hope future movers will be better. But if I ever have to file an insurance claim again, god please let it be with Shalair.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Justin Zigler Do not use this place. Justin will mess up your paperwork. Jack up your rate and not explain why. And then avoid you when youre trying to cancel with him. He put the wrong information on my insurance paperwork causing the policy to lapse due to the actual insurance company not having my correct email, phone number or address. When I found better rates and cancelled my policy with them Justin avoided my phone calls and ignored my emails. I requested a policy cancellation on 9/17 effective 9/20. He said hed send over the paperwork. I called Progressive directly on 9/19, they were able to cancel the auto policy but not the homeowners saying it would need to be through the agent. So again I tried to get ahold of Justin. I finally get cancellation paperwork but it has the wrong date. So email back, after 2 days I get it with the right date. I sign the paperwork and send it back. Today, 10/7 I called progressive to verify the account had been cancelled. It had not. Justin never submitted the paperwork. Finally get ahold of Goosehead HQ and get the policy cancelled. DO NOT do business with this place. They are predatory and will dodge you to try to keep your policy. Justin Wiggains should not be in business.

nick gerleman Absolute scam of a company. Dropped me after 1 month of coverage. I’ve got a clean driving record. No tickets, no at fault wrecks. They said I can’t prove garaging. Keep in mind this is a state minimum, liability only plan. And 2 months later I get an email saying there is an over due balance that will hit my credit.

Param Malhotra 1 Star – Snapshot is a Ripoff, and Progressive Knows It I had one of the worst insurance experiences ever with Progressive’s Snapshot program. I was out of the country for 4 weeks and not driving, so naturally, my phone wasn’t sharing location data. Despite that, Progressive decided to charge me extra — apparently as a penalty for not sharing my location while I wasn’t even in the U.S.! To make things worse, they never sent me a bill or any kind of notice. I found out about the charge 4 months after canceling my policy. Talk about shady business practices. Here’s the kicker: I called their customer service, and even the representative acknowledged that this charge shouldnt be there and that it should be removed. But since my policy is already canceled, she said there’s nothing they can do — I still have to pay it. Unbelievable. This Snapshot program is misleading and borderline predatory. It punishes you for things that make zero sense, and Progressive hides behind technicalities instead of doing the right thing. They’ve lost my trust and my business. Avoid Progressive and their Snapshot trap at all costs.

Ive officially switched to another company due to the terrible response I received from Gayatri. Her condescending tone made me feel belittled. I wont be returning to Allstate after this unpleasant encounter. Weve found another company offering better coverage at half the price, and their customer service, exemplified by Rick Ali, far surpasses Allstates.
