Morgan Brian Setting up my policy was like pulling teeth. The woman I worked with, Marisol, did not give me all the information all up front or all the fees included. I literally had to repeat every piece of information she asked for and she’d still get most of it wrong (and I spoke loud and slowly). She admitted that her coworker was distracting her and making it hard for her to hear me. Just super unprofessional in my opinion.
