His mannerisms were very pleasant and made me feel at ease, as well as his assistant. I would highly recommend using McKinney Endodontics for your dental needs.

I didnt bring it up because Id already been there so long that I didnt want to prolong the visit any more. I didnt find it to be a very friendly staff either with the exception of a couple of folks.

Melissa E These people REALLY take care of us! We have had SSSOOOO many problems at other dental offices (they also have orthodontist in the same building!!) Other places have made our teeth problems worse but this place fixes our problems the FIRST TIME!! My daughter had to get braces, and they had the best deals after shopping around (still expensive, but better than other places). The only thing I dont like is their corporate call center. If you call them, its always a hassle. Thats why we always call the office directly. Whats different than other places, too, is they only let the patient into the back. My daughter is 8, and she has to go back alone (I wish they changed that policy because I want to be able to ask questions in the moment, and not afterward) Regardless, this dental/ortho is the only place Ill go to again. I will no longer go to other dental offices. They have by Business/Referrals for life!

Jacob Arvizu Got finessed BADLY by this office!! Came in as a new patient, got charged $1,000 out of pocket for a gum treatment kit that’s $75 over the counter on AMAZON. Same active ingredients as this treatment!! Called the next day after the holiday to request a refund and was treated rudely by the receptionists just like everyone else in these comments and denied refund even though corporate and the loan company told me they had the ability to issue it! Great job to the dentist, she slipped in that fee first visit, and she got a great commission on me, I feel very taken advantage of. A dentist is supposed to feel like a doctor, someone you can trust, but all they care about is money, not you.

From the time you check in, til the time you leave; youre treated with the best of care, concern and knowledge. You know its a Great Dental Office when the Kids are excited to go!!! Top of the Line dental equipment and technology and they always do an amazing job!!! 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend them to ALL. Childrens Medicaid accepted as well as many more insurances.

Doctor was very thorough and helpful in explaining the steps for the procedure and treatment. I arrived with stain and plaque buildup and left with clean, no plaque, no stain and smooth teeth. Marquita Criss So this was my first time visiting and all of the forms were sent to me before coming in. So I was able to fill them out, so I wouldnt bother filling them out there. I accidentally sent a photo of my childrens health insurance instead of their dental insurance and when I checked it wasnt in my purse either. Bad on me. Just when I was asking to reschedule their wonderful receptionist Christina told me that they could possibly find me in the portal and also call in and switch the insurance over to their location. All of that was done in no time. We went for minor pain, but found out that both of my sons needed a few cavities fixed, a cleaning and a few caps etc. and right then and there they were able to receive care for everything. My youngest son is 6 and my older son is 12 and neither one of them needed to be numbed, and the procedures were painless thanks to the wonderful Dr. Peravali. Thanks White Lotus Dental

My hygienist Nicole was the best! After exrays and a complete check up, she carefuly explained what the results showed and what was needed to be done. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. Before my cleaning, Dr. Abbott came in to introduce himself and go over future treatment. He has a very calm and gentle soul. I felt very confident in his assessment of what needed to be done for healthier teeth and gums. Dental care can be very expensive but I felt the cost for recommended proceures were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dental office!

Noel Rose I haven’t been to the dentist in years, because I have a ton of dental anxiety, but I was able to book a next day appointment here (as a new patient), when I noticed a cracked tooth the night before. Nicole was absolutely incredible and so sweet. She made me feel right at home and comfy and was really thorough. Dr. Abbott was great, he went over all my options and made a game plan- a super down to earth and kind person. Even the ladies in the front are super sweet! All of these things go such a long way in making me feel comfortable, and confident, especially as someone with teeth anxiety. Overall it was genuinely the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dentist!!

Gage Henning Went here for an emergency visit on Saturday due to tooth pain from an infection, they were the only ones open. They took X-rays, and told me that I 1. Had stage 1 gum disease and 2. My crowns were bad and I needed 6 root canals and a dental bridge on my front 6 teeth or spend 15 grand on implants. I’m 25 years old, and I may forget to brush my teeth every once in a while but I know my teeth aren’t THAT bad. Nor has anyone in my family ever HAD gum disease. Went to my actual dentist on Monday for a second opinion and it’s crazy how they said I needed AT MOST a second root canal on the affected tooth and I had no sign of gum disease. Do not go here. This is not the first Aspen in the metroplex that has extremely predatory business practices. Safe to assume they all do. Go to a family practice instead.

komala gnanasundaram Dr.Ram is a cool Doctor. I had a tooth extraction procedure today we thought the procedure wont take half an hour .. but it was a broken and cavity wisdom tooth... He handled it very cool and explained step by step what he s performing and after 1 and hour extraction was done and post extraction also he took good care about pain and I m alright now. Thank you so much Dr.Ram.. we did deep cleaning, white filling for cavities and extraction. He very well explained about our tooth conditions and dental care . Glad that I got a very good family dentist...

Samuel Bradley They are exactly what it says - theyre there when you need urgent dental care! My 8-year-old fell and chipped his tooth on Saturday, and I was panicking. They fit us in within hours, were amazing with my scared kiddo, and even had toys in the waiting room. We have Guardian insurance and had no issues. 10/10 would recommend!

Brian Gee I’ve never had to deal with an emergency dentist before, but this clinic made the entire process smooth. I was in severe pain, and they were able to offer urgent dental care the same day I called. They accepted my Aetna insurance, which made everything so much easier. The dentist explained everything in detail before pulling my tooth, and I was relieved that the whole procedure was much quicker than I expected. Truly a great experience, considering the circumstances!

Reniece Dawson Ended up here after dealing with tooth pain for weeks. Shouldve gone sooner! The emergency dentist was straight to the point, no sugar coating that I needed a tooth pulled. They take all kinds of insurance (I have MetLife) and the whole thing was over in an hour. Staff was nice enough though I was grumpy from pain.
