Bea Fields Visiting from Dallas and I was in dire need of needing a full set mani and pedicure. This place was AWESOME!!! From the time I walked in I was greeted by the sweet receptionist and I was placed in a chair right away. I let them know what I wanted and they did not disappoint. Tommy did an awesome job on my pedicure and Jason was magnificent in my full set manicure gel nails. The shape and ombré color came out perfect!!! The atmosphere was refreshing and the environment was nice and clean. I definitely recommend going here if you are in need of having AMAZING service with a friendly staff that cares and caters to your needs.

Tee Sor I love Michelle- She is so committed to giving you a great experience . I had a facial and have used some of the Yon Ka products . My skin feels and looks healthier and my face stayed softer and more moisturized . The setting is rustic but elegant - and it’s pure comfort . She has so many years of experience in skin care and is so good at diagnosing and treating issues. Also she is smart and kind and funny so she basically treats your whole person. If you don’t live too far from Comfort , Tx- it’s worth the drive for this spa and for the really great downtown small town Texas shops . This treatment is workers every penny!! It’s been my favorite skin care spa ever !!! There is some magic going on here !!!!

Lucinda Stanford First visit. Busy, but they got me right in without an appointment. Front desk gentleman was very nice. The pedicure girl was very fast. Quickest pedi I’ve ever had, but she did a good job. Would have enjoyed a little bit more leg & foot massage, but it was adequate. I will be going back. Would recommend!!

Miss Smith We came in for a belated birthday and girls day. The staff was amazing as always and did custom designs from pictures of inspiration provided. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Falk My nails were pretty when I left. However,I am starting to think men make terrible nail artists though. The man that did my manicure was very rough, even the “massage” part hurt. He filed my already short nails so short that my thumb nail was down to the quick. Then I paid the most I have ever paid for a gel manicure with design (they charge $5 per nail). I had a morning appt this morning and the polish already peeled up. I don’t have time to go repair it there’s as it’s a half hour drive. Very disappointed!

Vanessa Willis I really really love Oasis and will be returning for their pedicures but I got my nails done with dip which they turned out so pretty but began breaking off at the tips by the second day and now after a week since I got them done 3 of my nails have broken. I got them done on a Monday and one broke the next day (ring), then Friday (pointer) and lastly today on a Monday (thumb). I did call on Friday and they were so sweet and prompted me go back to get them fixed but I have not had the time. 4 stars because they were so nice and accommodating and their pedicures are amazing but there’s no reason why my nails broke so quickly especially for the price.

Thania Good work but over priced. These were acrylic nails but the receipt said gel nails, when I explained I had got acrylic not gel she said the charge was for the long length but clearly the nails are short. Nice but not worth $73 for acrylics

liz ojeda Thursday, the 13th of Feb I went to The Lash and Nail Bar for a manicure and pedicure around 3 in the afternoon. I went around 3 years ago, and it was great. The ladies were so friendly and attentive. This visit not so much. While I did get a great pedicure with the gel nail color and a manicure with the dip, no customer service. The prices are cheaper than where I usually go, but probably wont go back. I was supposed to get a neck massage, with my 70 dollar pedicure pkg, but never got it. Really not much of a leg massage and the operator working on my nails, finished and ran off to another customer and did not really finish by applying hand lotion after my nauls dried as I am accustomed to at the other facility. I signed up for the pamper pkg, but really got no pampering. Lol. As I stated earlier, I am happy with the job on my nails and feet. The lack of customer service only hampered my tip by a small percentage. I always tip 25% and more. I understand and appreciate the skills learned. I highly recommend due to the pricing and great job, but also highly recommend they work to improve their customer service. Parking is fine. They are located in the Town Center.

WannA As I am "one of those = " who notices every detail of any sort of work being done on/for me.. I want to say that after trying several nail shops in Kerrville where mostly the overall results were disappointing or techs actually didnt care, walk-ins over appts, old products, feeling taken for granted despite being very very generous tip-wise/holiday$$, I recently took a chance on the shop Queens. ->Jennifer, there, did not in any way disappoint and tho it was a very late day appt, and she must have been tired, she stayed and made sure that the dip mani and spa/shellac pedi were exactly as the photo I brought her. She remained cheerful and professional thru out and ended my session with a nice neck massage! Gorgeous nail work, spaced appts for one/one privacy, quiet, relaxed environment. I fully recommend Jennifer, and if you want to make an appt at Queens, best to TEXT her or your call could be sent to a voicemail if shes with a client.

Rebecca North My nails turned out okay, I’ll update on longevity. Main reason for lower rating is my poor cuticles got butchered on one hand. I had no tears/lifting and now 4 out of 5 fingers have open wounds. Some glue was still on skin. A massage is referenced, but I didn’t receive one so Im not sure if its only for appointments or by request. I wanted to love them, but I can’t say I will return.

Janna Rundell Sat for over an hour with my niece and when the man and woman finished the people before us the woman started my nieces nails but the man didn’t do anything. They thought they were going to do our nails one by one after we already waited for such a long time.

Lola Tarver This is my first time coming here and I will definitely be back. Tracy took such good care of me and I didnt catch the ladys name who did my pedicure but she did a great job as well. I am thoroughly happy with this establishment. I definitely recommend them.

Nila “nila” Came in an hour before they closed and they were very welcoming and stayed past closing time too Execute what I wanted .They perfected the nail shape and were very attentive (offered me water ,etc) .This was my first time here and I loved it !

Rachael Dering Highly recommend this nail bar! My line of work has taught me to pay VERY close attention to detail. That has spilled over to the other parts of my life and can be VERY frustrating at times. Thats one thing I don’t have to worry about here because they do phenomenal work and truly just want to get it right for you! No one gets upset if you ask for something modified, everyone seems happy and they’re also efficient! They’re also great with kids and even have tiny children’s chairs for pedicures. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Amazing!

Ashlyn Starnes Walked in today for a pedicure. I got the Deluxe pedicure, which is one step up from the Basic pedicure. It was the best pedicure I have had in years! The massage was amazing and super relaxing. My feet and toes look and feel great! Pricing was very good too.

Amy BoBamy Found this place years ago and haven’t looked back since. I love it because there’s never a wait, it’s clean, beautiful, and the staff is excellent. I typically get a solid color oval dip set. Today I felt like doing a simple candy cane stripe on my ring fingers for the holidays. I happened to walk in as someone was walking out with a similar design with French tipped candy cane stripes and I loved her set!! I said I wanted the same but on my ring fingers only and Jimmy suggested a slightly different design. I went with it and am happy I did! Though my design is simple, I’m impressed with it and Jimmy’s talents with other sets I’ve seen and look forward to other creative designs in the future!

LaTiana Russell My first time coming and I didn’t enjoy my experience. Jimmy was my technician and I feel like he rushed. It took him all of 20 mins. I stated I wanted my acrylic a little thicker b/c that’s how I like my nails. He proceeded to say “ they will be thick enough. I’ve been doing this for 20yrs. If you don’t like it I’ll fix it” like okay I’m telling you I don’t like it now. He didn’t fix it. I chose my color and he suggested another color. I went with it (which I shouldn’t have) and didn’t like it. By the time I wanted to say something he was outside and didn’t come back until closing. All the other staff were very nice and friendly. I just didn’t like how Jimmy really didn’t listen to me and rushed my services.

Carlotta Dilworth I walked in as a first time customer and I asked for someone who was great and comfortable with “hang nails”. My feet were sore and really needed treatment more than the cosmetic side of a pedicure. I was assigned to John and OMG!!!! He is amazing.. He listened, took his time, he even set a timer in my massage so I knew I got the full massage experience that comes with the pedi. I chose the $60 but considering the service provided not to mention the friendliness and welcoming vibe from the staff, it was all worth it. I was given a warm sand bag and towel for relaxation and complimentary wine. These people truly serve here, not just hustle you in to running up a tab.. I am more than impressed and honestly was happy to pay what they charge.. Unlike others who charge high end prices but give quick and unsatisfactory services. Service is t service anymore but here they are humble and earn every penny, seriously. I am Sold!!

She was super gentle and took her time to make sure my nails looked exactly how I wanted. Plus, she’s so friendly and professional, which made the whole appointment even better. Ellie Cary This was my first time coming and OMG I’ll be back! My husband and I came in for pedicures and Cindy and Ruby were so wonderful and kind! My feet feel and look like gold. We just moved to Mesquite area and this place is just as good (if not better) than the salons in Oaklawn and Uptown. If you’re new in the area and looking for your next salon, THIS is the one. They have so many colors to choose from and have a lot of fun styles (cat eye, clear neon, nail art etc)! Looks like the options are endless here too which is what I need.

Aubrey Farve This was the best experience I have had at a nail salon probably ever! From the moment I walked in the staff was attentive and friendly. The young lady at the front desk walked me through the system and was so kind. Stephanie did my nails and Annie did my pedicure! Both were so extremely friendly and personable. They listened to exactly what I wanted, asked questions regarding what brings me in today, check on me throughout the service, as well as included me in the conversation. The ladies are wonderful! My nails look great! Exactly what I asked for! It was a great relaxing experience. It is also gorgeous and clean in there! Everything is well sanitized which Is super important to me! I will be back!

Laura Coy I purchased a 100.00 gift card for my daughter. She was expecting at the time and was later put on bed rest so she was not able to get in to use it. After the baby was born, she called to make an appointment and was told it is no longer good. They only give you 6 months to use. Disappointed very much since we liked going to this place. Other salons I have gone to give you a year or longer to use your gift card. Make sure to read the very tiny fine print at the bottom. Sorry to say we will no longer be getting our nails done here!!!

I made an appointment for 1:00 and it 1:15 I said am sorry im in may lunch hour, the girl came over and was rude to me and rough the whole time and never said a word to me, when she was done and after I tipped her she looked right at me and said "just so you know we dont always get to people right at three appointment" I said dont worry I wont be back she said "GOOD"
