Kristi Lee I had the worst mani/pedi here. I got gel and I didn’t realize how terrible the paint job looked until I got home. The polish is so thick it began peeling within 2 days. My nails look “wavy” because the polish was applied uneven. Polish was applied over my cuticle because apparently they weren’t trimmed well at all. Same with my pedi. I feel like I donated $95 PLUS a $10 tip. Had I realized how awful they looked while I was there I wouldn’t have tipped at all. I will not be returning to this place. Photos are of the same day! Aweful!

Sarah mullins Everyone is so nice! When you make an appt they take care of you right away unlike a lot of other salons. I see Nancy and she always does amazing mani AND pedis. My new go to spot!!!

Caitlyn Stanford I have been coming here for several months, and I always enjoy my experience. Today was the first time I was badly cut during my service, twice. I did appreciate they cleaned it and gave me a discount, and they have a 7 day policy to fix your nails if they are chipped or broken, which I had to use one time. I will be back again just because I feel they tried to make it right :)

Zainab I absolutely love it! I recently had to switch nail salons and was recommended to Christy and Cece at this location. I was not disappointed. Christy did a fantastic job on my nails and made sure I was completely satisfied. She answered all of my questions and ensured that my nails were not damaged, unlike my experience at my previous salon. The prices are reasonable, and the facility is very clean and professional. I am happy to say that this is now my go-to nail salon!

Katie Nikjoo I went here because a friend came and her nails looked gorgeous. I have an upcoming event and wanted a French manicure dip... First he drilled my nails, which I didnt think are a part of dip manicures? Each nail turned out a different shape and thickness, as well as the white tip. And each nail appears to have "bubbles" under the surface? Im not sure how that even happens with a dip mani? In the end it looks and feels like a set of acrylic nails when I had wanted a slim profile dip manicure. The people were friendly enough, but it pained me to pay for this service. I hate my nails. Not at all what I had hoped for...

Sarika Khanwilkar First time getting acrylics and it was a really pleasant experience here. I got here early in the morning and waited a few minutes for the technician to come since I didnt make an appointment. Most other nail places around here are always crazy busy but this place was not and it made the appointment feel less rushed. The nails were a great length and, most importantly, not bulky. They were shaped very well and exactly to what I had described. The technician asked for feedback multiple times. My nails are still looking and feeling good after a few days so I will definitely return and highly recommend.

Lynne Hubbard Worst pedicure experience in my life! Don’t know her name but she acted like I ruined her day by showing up! Rolled her eyes when I didn’t prop my foot exactly how she wanted it, was rude, checked her phone every 15 seconds. Obviously having a bad day and took it out on me. Just moved to the area from out of state. Will NEVER come here again.

Victoria Hull Bee was amazing at the front. Very funny and sweet. Salon is clean. They do serve alcoholic beverages. Bee was on it and so playful and fun asking me what I wanted. Quinn did a full set that’s super cute. The work is great and she matched my picture with the vision on a lighter pink. Line work and shape was amazing. Lynn did my pedicure its acrylic tips. The shape was great and we did the same powder to match my fingers. Both ladies took their time and took pride with their work. I have been looking for a new salon since I moved to Houston and I found the right one!!! Exceptional service. They were very friendly and I literally had the best, fun conversations with the staff. Very welcoming. I also asked if they do children pedicures and they do. I will be back later this week for my daughter.

Dominque Beal I never go anywhere else. Rumor nails is like family. They’re so friendly and welcoming! On top of that they have the most elegant aesthetic, it’s always top tier clean, and the drinks are amazing!

Anna Williams Sophie is so nice. Its very tranquil. Spa-like atmosphere. Kim did a very relaxing volcano spa treatment for me and Sophie treated Jim. Male friendly...so get those calluses done Guys!! Jim enjoyed very much!! I also had my eyebrows waxed to my satisfaction. Dont drive any further than yo I have to. Its all right here.

Dayle Shiverdecker Tommy was awesome, took his time and very friendly. He even made a suggestion as to what color I should try, went with a sparkly red for the 4th vs a pastel pink that I originally planned on. So glad I went with his suggestion. Love my new look!

Bev Nelson My first visit and I loved it! Went in for a much needed pedicure; hadnt had one since before covid started being talked about in January. Tommie was very friendly, personable, caring (about the fact that Ive had diabetes since I was in junior high school), and overall amazing! He did a great job, took his time, and doesnt overbook. Masks are required and I felt safe. Shop is very clean and all safety protocols are used.

Me Decided to try this salon after my regular tech at another salon started rushing through my nail service Have been here a couple times, for dip and acrylic sets. They take their time, and make sure you are happy with the service. Mimi and Timothy are very sweet, genuine people, and I’m happy to have met them and found this place.

Maegan Caramiciu Went here for the first time and Mimi was AMAZING! I can’t say enough about her. Super sweet and talented. The salon was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. I went in with an inspo photo and she blew my expectations out of the water. She did way better than my inspiration photo and I am beyond happy. Will be visiting again! Finally think I have found my go to nail salon in Boerne.

She look time to tell me about different options available for the style I was wanting. I have never been happier overall with a nail experience. They have a very good reasonable price, clean and tidy salon, friendly and genuine employees that will listen to any concern you have towards your nails. 10/10 recommend.

Cathy Lourenco Unfortunately, my first time will be my last time. The young man who gave me a pedi was less than interested in doing so. After telling him 3 times I had an ingrown toenail, he continued to squeeze it. I finally told him to get help. He did. Thankfully, she got it. He finished with less enthusiasm than before and did a terrible job of polishing. I couldnt wait to get out of his chair to get my fingers dipped. Although it was a much more pleasant experience and I thought I would just return another time, making sure to get a different pedi tech, 4 days later, I got my first chip in my dipped nails. They continued to crumble and break off over a 2 and a half week period. I have been getting dip for 10 years or so, and I have NEVER had it break and fall off like this. Now, my once long, strong nails are gone! This is now 3 weeks out.

Meagan Syphrett-Corbin So my daughters and I decided to give your shop one last chance. We came in today at 10 for eyebrow waxing. The one lady did my oldest daughter and hers are fine, the younger girl did mine and my youngest daughters…. Hers have no more shape to them and she now has a bold spot. Mine have no shape amd one is shortened. She waxed off almost half of it. $38 for a terrible job. I should not have paid for this. Now we will have to wait till they are grown out and mine take at least 6 months.

Eleanorus Rex Katy nails and spa are absolutely awesome. I made it in late after work and they stayed an additional 30 minutes after closing to make sure my experience was well done. They took care of me and truly made me feel so special. I recommend their services to anyone, even my grandmother! 100 out of 10.

Mama Bee The staff is extremely nice and friendly. They did an amazing job. I had the volcano pedicure and gel dips. Everything looked amazing. They spent so much time and attention on making everything perfect!! Love this place

Gail Stroud Had the best experience at The Nail Shop!! Im not sure how to spell her name but neenie was the lady who did my pedicure....very professional and oh such a relaxing experience! Had the Volcano spa pedicure and it was heavenly!! The chairs you sit in has several massage settings to choose from as well...being diabetic I am very cautious about who I let do my pedicures...and I was not disappointed!! The atmosphere was great and the other customers getting nails done there conversed with my spouse and I like they have known us forever..Fantastic experience all the way around!!! 5 stars!
